ITO with MoAlMo Coated Glass

For large-area optoelectronic application, such as OLED, Mo/Al/Mo layers are usually deposited on top of ITO substrate. Then metal layer will be patterned as bus line to reduce the sheet resistance and IR drop, so that the operation voltage and power consumption of large-area device can be largely improved.
