Chen et al. used oleylammonium iodide (OAmI, LT-S9539) to stabilize the desired crystal nuclei and vacuum quenching to control surface tension. Perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells with a 25 cm2 active area achieved the PCE of 29.4% and retained 90% of that efficiency after 800 hours at 50°C.
